A community where individuals of all abilities and ages are empowered to live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
Our Approach
We meet people where they are and walk alongside them as they build confidence, skills, and relationships that guide their future.
Health and Wellness Programs
Our Health and Wellness Programs are designed to support the physical, emotional, and social well-being of the individuals we serve. We recognize that independence and quality of life are strengthened when people feel healthy and supported.

Through structured activities, education, and guided engagement, our programs provide holistic and preventive support that helps individuals build healthy routines, reduce isolation, increase confidence, and improve overall well-being. We focus on practicality, maintaining stability, and living more active lives.

Founder Story
Hi, I'm Charlotte White-Smith. I began working with individuals with disabilities more than 17 years ago, and what started as a job quickly became my passion. After witnessing how many people lose support and connection once they leave the school system, I knew something had to change.
My vision led to Blessed Hands and Loving Hearts. The creation of programs designed to meet people where they are, helping youth build confidence, young adults gain independence, and seniors stay engaged and connected to opportunities that support their wellbeing and independence.
